Top Creation Investments Limited (TCIL) invests in or acquires projects or companies in the real estate sector, predominantly in Malaysia. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012, the Company incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary Top Creation Property Sdn Bhd (TCP). TCP is a real estate development company. TCP is undertaking the development of a shopping mall, car parks, facilities centre and serviced home office suites within the Malacca Tourism Development Belt stretching from Dataran Pahlawan Malacca to Malacca Esplanade and right up to the Klebang district of Malacca. In July 2011, the Company made its investment with the acquisition of the land and development project in Malacca through TCP. The project consists of freehold land measuring 2.1429 acres located in the State of Malacca, Malaysia which has been allotted for the development of a shopping mall, car parks, facilities centre and serviced home office suites.
