Its Toumaz Microsystems business designs, develops and sells semiconductor chips and solutions for the wireless connectivity market, addressing opportunities in a range of Internet connected devices. These include home and enterprise automation, smart power, intelligent toys and other connectivity-centric cloud-enabled systems. In March 2012, it completed the exchange of Imagination Technologies Group plc's interest in its Toumaz Microsystems subsidiary. In August 2012, it acquired Frontier Silicon (Holdings) Limited.
