Timeweave plc (Timeweave) is a holding company. Timeweave�s principal activity is its 50% shareholding in Amalgamated Racing Limited (AMRAC), the joint venture company between Timeweave and Racecourse Media Services Limited (RMS) (which is in turn owned by a number of the United Kingdom�s racecourses and Racecourse Investments Limited), which holds exclusive licenses with 34 racecourses to broadcast the pictures and data from these courses to licensed betting offices within the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland on its television channel, TurfTV. As of December 31, 2011, more than 680 horse racing fixtures from the racecourses in the United Kingdom (including more than 90% of all group races) are available as part of the TurfTV service. The service also includes virtual horse and dog racing. In July 2011, the Company acquired SportingWins Limited. A wholly owned subsidiary, Microskill (Services) Ltd, operating as a single betting shop, ceased trading, in December 2011.
