Trubnaya Metallurgicheskaya Kompaniya OAO (TMK OAO or Pipe Metallurgical Company OJSC) is a Russia-based company, which is engaged in the production and distribution of seamless and welded pipes for the oil and gas industry and for general use. The Company�s product lines include drill pipe, oil country tubular goods (OCTG), line pipe, boiler tube, mechanical pipe and structural pipe made of carbon, alloy and stainless steel. It also focuses on the provision of consulting service to enterprises involved in the pipeline industry, located domestically, as well as abroad. The Company operates through 14 subsidiaries, located in the Russian Federation and in Germany, Switzerland, the United States of America and Kazakhstan. As of May 21, 2012, the Company�s major shareholder was TMK Steel Limited with a stake of 27.53%. In December 2012, the Company acquired 55% of Gulf International Pipe Industry L.L.C. (GIPI) located in Oman.
