On February 21, 2012, the Company completed the farm-down of two thirds of its Uganda interests to Total and CNOOC.As of December 31, 2012, the Company acquired an acreage positions in Kenya and Ethiopia with the first well in Kenya making an important discovery at Ngamia-1. In January 2013, it acquired Spring Energy Norway AS exploration portfolio.
