Talisman First Venture Capital Trust PLC is a venture capital trust (VCT). The Company�s investment objective is to achieve long-term capital appreciation and generate maintainable levels of income for shareholders, principally through investing the majority of its funds in a diversified portfolio of shares and securities of smaller unquoted United Kingdom companies and in AMI/PLUS quoted companies which meet the criteria for VCT qualifying investments and have strong growth potential and maintaining a qualifying investment level of at least 70% according to VCT regulations.
