ServicePower Technologies plc (ServicePower) is principally engaged in the outsourcing and hosting of dispatch, claims and warranty processing, sale and implementation of scheduling software and the sale of global positioning system (GPS) and mobility products. The Company operates in two segments: ServiceScheduling software licenses, which provide scheduling solutions, and ServiceOperations, which provides claims and dispatch processing in the consumer electronics market. The Company�s directly held subsidiary include ServicePower Business Solutions Limited, which is engaged in the development and sale of licenses to use scheduling software. The Company�s solutions include scheduling solutions, outsourced solutions and servicer and SMB solutions. In November 2012, the Company purchased of a source code license from Bella Solutions, Inc. In January 2013, the Company acquired software division from Stratix Corporation.
