Its Systems segment develops and supplies electronic control systems for electrically powered vehicles in the medical mobility and industrial markets. It also provides tools for service technicians and field test engineers. On February 16, 2011, the Company acquired Fanfare Group, Inc. In November 2012, its completed the sale of the assets and liabilities of its Systems Division to Curtiss-Wright Corporation.
