Synety Group plc, formerly Zenergy Power plc, is a cloud-based software and communication company. The Company has developed and operates a cloud-based unified communications service called CloudCall, which is designed to integrate with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms or other suitable software partners. The CloudCall suite has three products: CloudCall Enterprise, which is an on-demand communications system replacing traditional PABXs and phone lines; CloudCall Click, which is a service providing Click to Call and Call Recording capabilities from within existing business software, such as Microsoft Outlook, Google's Gmail and various CRM systems, and CloudCall application programming interface (API), which is a RESTful Web service allowing the customers to integrate communications within the customers own software. In September 2012, Zenergy Power plc acquired Synety Limited and subsequently changed its name to Synety Group plc.
