The subsidiary of the Company is Standard Life Investments Property Holdings Limited. The investment manager of the Company is Standard Life Investments (Corporate Funds) Limited. In April 2009, the Company acquired Capital Court Uxbridge. In December 2011, the Company announced that it had completed the sale of Northern and Shell Tower in the Docklands. In May 2012, the Company purchased a grade A city centre office in Glasgow. In October 2012, the Company sold Virgin Active Health and Fitness club in Chislehurst Kent.
