Scotgold Resources Limited is engaged in mineral exploration in Scotland. The Company�s projects include Cononish Gold and Silver Project and Grampian Gold Project. The Grampian Gold Project consists of Crown Option agreements of some 4,300 square kilometers surrounding the Cononish deposit and covers some of the areas of the Dalradian geological sequence in the United Kingdom. As of June 30, 2012, the Company was also focused on the Beinn Udlaidh River Vein and the Sron Garbh mafic intrusive prospects. The River Vein area is located five kilometers northwest of the Cononish gold and silver deposit and outside the boundaries of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The Sron Garbh mafic intrusive complex is situated two kilometers from Tyndrum, outside the border of the National Park and about five kilometers northeast of the Cononish gold and silver deposit.
