In March 2013, The Sage Group PLC announced that it has completed the sale of Sage ACT! and Sage Saleslogix to Swiftpage and Sage Nonprofit Solutions to Accel-KKR. In May 2013, The Sage Group PLC completed the sale of C&I, ATL, Automotive and Aytos.
