Sefton Resources, Inc. (Sefton) is engaged in the exploration, development, and production of oil and natural gas and gathering and transporting natural gas in the continental United States. The Company�s properties are located in California and Kansas and United States of America. Its assets in California and Kansas and are divided into three operational businesses: oil production in California, oil and gas exploration acreage in Kansas and gas pipeline infrastructure in Kansas. Sefton�s operations in California lie in the Ventura Basin where its wholly owned subsidiary, TEG Oil & Gas USA, Inc. operates both Tapia Canyon, an oil field producing heavy oil, and Eureka Canyon, an oil field producing medium gravity. During the fiscal year ended December 31, 2011, the Company drilled three new wells drilled: Yule #12, Yule #9 and Hartje #19. As of December 31, 2011, the Company�s average production was 110 barrels of oil per day (BOPD ).
