Roxi Petroleum Plc is a Kazakhstan-based oil and gas exploration and production company of crude oil. The Company is engaged in building a portfolio of oil and gas exploration, and production assets in Central Asia. It has interests in five SubSoil User Contracts in Western and Central Kazakhstan spread over three petroleum basins: the pre-Caspian basin and the Mangyshlak basin in Western Kazakhstan and the Turgai basin in Central Kazakhstan. Its exploration and production contracts include the BNG Contract Area, the Galaz Contract Area and the Munaily Contract Area, which are located in the Kyzyl-Orda region and Western Kazakhstan in the Pre-Caspian and Turgai Basins. The Company�s subsidiaries include RS Munai BV, Beibars BV, Ravninnoe BV, BNG Energy BV, Roxi Petroleum Services LLP, Roxi Petroleum Kazakhstan LLP, Ada BV, Ada Oil BV, Munaily Kazakhstan LLP, and BNG Energy BV. On May 10, 2011, the Company received back its 35% interest in BNG Ltd LLP from Canamens.
