Raven Russia Limited (Raven Russia) is a property investment company specializing in commercial real estate in Russia. The Company has three operating segments: Property investment, Roslogistics and Raven Mount. Property investment is engaged in the acquisition, development and leasing of commercial property in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). Roslogistics provides the warehousing, transport, customs brokerage and related services in Russia. Raven Mount sells residential property in the United Kingdom. Raven Russia's subsidiaries include CJSC Kulon Development, Fenix LLC, Petroestate LLC, EG Logistics LLC, CSJC Kulon Istra, Soyuz-Invest LLC, Reserv-Invest LLC, Real-Invest LLC, Resource Economia LLC, Logopark Ob LLC and Raven Mount Group plc. In June 2012, the Company acquired Pushkino Logistics Park.
