The Restaurant Group plc (TRG) is engaged in the operation of restaurants and pub restaurants. As of January 2, 2011, the Company operated 389 restaurants and pub restaurants. Its brands are Frankie & Benny�s offers American-Italian style cuisine, including char-grilled burgers, steaks, pizza and pasta, chicken parmigiana, BBQ ribs and seafood dishes; Chiquito offers Mexican cuisine, Tex-Mex and American Favourites, such as burritos, chilli, nachos, wraps and meatballs, and Garfunkel�s offers dishes from around the globe, including steaks, burgers, pasta, chicken, grills, omelettes and salads. The Company also operates a Pub restaurant business, as well as Concessions division, which trades on over 50 sites, at the United Kingdom airports. It operates in two segments: Leisure and Concessions. During 2010, the Company opened 24 new sites, out of which nine are Frankie & Benny�s; five for Chiquito; two for Garfunkel�s; one is a pub restaurant, and seven for the concessions business.
