As of December 31, 2011, the Company�s completed projects included Tsvetnoy, Korobeynikov Lane, 1, Butikovsky Lane, 7, Butikovsky Lane, 5, Copper House, Molochniy Lane, 1 And Zachatievsky Lane,19-21. In December 2012, the Company sold its rights to develop the Zemlianoy hotel project.
