Its flagship project is Kvanefjeld, a giant multi-element deposit (rare earth elements-uranium-zinc) located near the southwest tip of Greenland. On December 1, 2011, the Company acquired Mojito Resources Limited, which owned a 30% interest in the Yangibana rare earth project situated in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia. On June 7, 2011, the Company dissolved Zest Entertainments Limited and Reggae Tunes Limited. On June 14, 2011, the Company dissolved Zest Songs Limited and Zest Music Limited.
