Queenco Leisure International Ltd. (Queenco) is a land-based entertainment centers and casino developer and owner. As of December 31, 2011, Queenco owned two casinos in Greece, the first one in Loutraki, which is located approximately 70 kilometers from the centre of Athens (Casino Loutraki) and the other on the island of Rhodes (Casino Rodos); one casino in the centre of Bucharest, Romania (Casino Palace); a casino in the Serbian Capital, Belgrade (Casino Beograd); an entertainment center in Prague under the SaSaZu brand, and a hotel and casino project in Sihanoukville, Cambodia. In addition, it has a number of other businesses at its casino locations, such as hotels and restaurants at its Greek locations, and restaurants in Bucharest, Belgrade and Prague. On December 30, 2011, it opened the first phase of the joint venture Queenco Hotel and Casino. On April 29, 2012, S.C Queen Investments Inc. S.R.L, the operator of Casino Palace, informed Queenco the shutting down Casino Palace.
