Quintain Estates and Development plc is a property investment company. Its principal activity is property investment and generating income and profit from property. It has seven segments: Wembley, Greenwich, Other Urban Regeneration, Quercus, iQ, SeQuel and Other Quintain Asset Management. Wembley and Greenwich have segment managers. Other Urban Regeneration includes other smaller development sites outside of Wembley and Greenwich. Quercus is its healthcare joint venture; iQ is its student accommodation joint venture, and SeQuel is its secondary property fund. The QAM has been expanded to include both the previous fund management and the investment property. The Company�s subsidiaries include, BioRegional Quintain Limited, Chesterfield Properties Limited, Corsham Street Student 1 Limited, Letterbag Limited, Permitobtain Limited, Qoin Limited and Quintain Regional Limited. On February 28, 2012 the Company acquired 100% of the partnership capital of Grafton Advisors (2006) LLP (Grafton).
