PuriCore plc is a United Kingdom-based company. The principal activity of the Company and its subsidiaries is developing and commercializing water-based, clean technology products that kills pathogens and are designed to limit the spread of infectious disease. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company operated in three business sectors: Endoscopy, Supermarket Retail, and Other (including dental, wound care, and new business areas, including agriculture). Its technology provides a solution in a range of markets that depend upon controlling contamination, including food safety in retail supermarkets, floral quality care, medical device disinfection, wound care, and agriculture, amongst others. The Company's subsidiaries include PuriCore, Inc., PuriCore International Ltd and Labcaire Systems.
