Parity Talent Management provides graduate selection, training and development. Parity in IT Systems Parity Systems is an IT solutions provider specializing in Business Intelligence, Oracle and SharePoint applications. It operates in three segments. The Resources segment provides contract, interim and permanent IT recruitment services across all markets. The Systems segment delivers technology solutions designed around client problems, including Cloud solutions, database solutions and collaborative information management. The Talent Management segment works with clients to recruit, develop and grow their talent. In May 2012, the Company acquired Inition Limited.
