In March 2011, it purchased 67 High Street, a vacant listed freehold shop. In May 2011, it purchased Northgate Street and St Aldgate Street block of 17 shops and 21 flats in the center of Gloucester. In July 2011, it purchased five freehold department stores and Templegate House, 115-123 High Street, Orpington. In February 2012, the Company purchased a factory investment comprising 96,000 square feet (90,000 feet ground floor) of factory premises on 5.5 acres on the Stukeley Meadows Industrial Estate, one mile north of Huntingdon town center.
