On July 7, 2011, it acquired the customer agreements and intellectual property rights residing in Multilayer Limited. On August 1, 2011, it acquired MacLellan IT Security Limited. On October 6, 2011, it acquired Online Computer Developments Ltd. On October 10, 2011, it acquired RMS Managed ICT Security Limited.
