Description
Pathfinder Minerals Plc is a mining company with heavy mineral sands mining concessions in Mozambique. Companhia Mineira de Naburi S.A.R.L., which is a subsidiary of the Company, was issued mining concession licences 760C and 4623C, on September 13, 2004 and July 13, 2011, respectively, each for a period of 25 years. These mining concessions, which includes Naburi and Moebase, cover approximately 32,000 hectares of land on the Indian Ocean coast of the Zambezia province of Mozambique. It contains heavy minerals, such as ilmenite, rutile and zircon, which are used in the manufacture of a range of products across a range of industrial sectors.
