Description
Pochin's PLC is engaged in building, civil engineering contracting and housebuilding, property development and letting. The Company operates in two segments: Construction and Property development and investment. As of May 31, 2012, it had interests in UKLP Walker House Limited, which is engaged in property investment; UKLP Exchange Flags Limited; UKLP Developments Limited, which is engaged in property investment/development; Pochin Rosemound (Deeside) Limited, which is engaged in property development; Hawarden Business Park Limited, and Keele Park Developments Limited. During the fiscal year ended May 31, 2012 (fiscal 2012), the Company disposed of its interest in Manchester Technopark Limited. During fiscal 2012, it disposed of the 9.6% interests in Manchester Science Park Limited. On 9 June 2011, the Company acquired an additional 75% holding in UKLP (BrynCegin) Limited.
