The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is engaged in the development and commercialization of delivery systems for vitamins and medicines. In addition to developing and marketing its own dossiers, the Company works with pharmaceutical companies to develop new products for generic active pharmaceutical ingredient (API's). Its technology portfolio includes delivery systems for chewable tablets, liquid suspensions, and solid state suspensions (soft chews), as well as its drug delivery technology for taste making. The Company works with a range of partners in the pharmaceutical technology, drug delivery science, regulatory and manufacturing to provide a full product development solution. The Company's taste masking technology has allowed the Company to develop a taste-masked ibuprofen material with an ibuprofen content of circa 50%. On January 27, 2010, the Company acquired Oxford Nutrascience Limited.
