Origin Enterprises Plc (Origin) is engaged in the supply, distribution, and manufacture of agri-nutrition products, as well as the manufacture, marketing and distribution of ambient food products. The Company operates in two divisions: agri-Nutrition and food. The agri-Nutrition segment is consists of integrated agronomy services, fertilizer blending, feed ingredients and marine proteins and oils. Through its subsidiaries, joint venture and associates, Origin has manufacturing, trading and distribution operations based in the Republic of Ireland, the United Kingdom, Norway, Poland and Ukraine. The Food business is the owner of a number of Ireland�s food brands servicing the home-baking, food ingredients and convenience categories across the retail, food service and manufacturing sectors. In March 2011, the Company acquired United Agri Products Limited and Rigby Taylor Limited. In July 2011, it acquired the fertiliser business of Carrs Milling Industries PLC.
