The Company, through its subsidiaries, operates a maritime services company in Brazil and holds a portfolio of international investments. Ocean Wilsons Holdings has two reportable segments: Maritime services and investments. The maritime services segment provides towage, port terminals, ship agency, offshore, logistics and shipyard services in Brazil. The investment segment holds a portfolio of international investments. It has two principal subsidiaries: Wilson Sons Limited and Ocean Wilsons Investments Limited. Ocean Wilsons holds a 58.25% interest in Wilson Sons Limited (Wilson Sons). Wilson Sons is the provider of maritime services in Brazil. Wilson Sons activities include harbor and ocean towage, container terminal operation, offshore support services, logistics, small vessel construction and ship agency. Ocean Wilsons Investments Limited is a wholly owned Bermuda investment company.
