Nostra Terra Oil and Gas Company plc is engaged in the exploitation of hydrocarbon resources in the United States mid-continent. The Company operates in two segments: US mid-continent and Ukraine. The Company has interest in the onshore Oktyabrskoe oil field in Ukraine. It has 100% working interest in the Bloom property located within the Chase-Silica Field in Kansas. It has 1% working interest in the Vintage Hills Prospect Unit located within the Giddings Field, and 3% working interest in the Nesbitt Prospect Unit located within the Woodlawn Field located in Texas. The Company has 16.25% working interest in the Verde Prospect Unit in Colorado. It has 30% working interest in the Bale Creek Prospect Unit in Oklahoma. Its subsidiaries include Nostra Terra (Overseas) Limited, New Horizon Energy 1 LLC, Goldhawk Oil & Gas, LLC and Churchill Operating, LLC.
