Northacre PLC is a United Kingdom-based holding company. The Company through its subsidiaries, is engaged in property development, development management and the provision of architectural and interior design services for residential property schemes. The Company's development portfolio includes The Lancasters in Bayswater, Park Street in Mayfair and The Vicarage Gate, The Bromptons & Earls Terrace in Kensington & Chelsea. The Company operates in three segments: development management, interior design and architectural design. Intarya is the interior design division of the Company, which specializes in creating bespoke interiors for clients worldwide. As of February 29, 2012, Intarya�s projects included private houses and apartments in London, a palace in Riyadh. As of February 29, 2012, Intarya also completed two additional show apartments at The Lancasters Development. On September 27, 2011, Northacre PLC sold its 25% interest in Campden Estates Limited.
