Its wholly owned subsidiaries include Netcall Telecom Limited and Q-Max Systems Limited. On July 30, 2010, the Company acquired Telephonetics Limited (Telephonetics), which is a United Kingdom-based provider of speech automation and data integration solutions. In September 2012, it acquired Serengeti Systems Ltd.
