Its portfolio is divided into two business segments: Business Solutions and Support Enablement Services. The Business Solutions unit offers services based on solutions from other technology partners, including Microsoft, SAP and Oracle. In December 2011, K3 Business Technology Group plc acquired certain assets of the Integrated Business Systems division (IBS) from Maxima Holdings plc.
