Manganese Bronze Holdings PLC is a United Kingdom-based specialty automotive and taxi service company. The Company provides a retail and maintenance service through its wholly owned dealerships throughout the United Kingdom, under the trading name of The London Taxi Company. It operates in three divisions: vehicle sales, vehicle services and Shanghai LTI. The Vehicle sales segment includes the design, development, assembly and retailing of new purpose built taxis, along with the sale of used vehicles taken in part exchange, parts and vehicle maintenance. The Vehicle service segment consists of taxi finance. The Shanghai LTI segment is the joint venture based in Shanghai, China. It also provides finance to taxi operators and owners through its partnership with Lloyds Banking Group PLC, which trades under the Black Horse Taxi Finance brand. The Company has 48% interest in Shanghai LTI. In February 2013, Zhejiang Geely Holdings Group Co Ltd acquired the Company.
