Its segments include Europe & International, South Africa Division and Newsprint businesses. On May 18, 2012, Mondi Limited acquired additional 34% interest in Mondi Swiecie S.A. In October 2012, the Company acquired 99.93% interest of Nordenia International AG, and the Company, Mondi Limited sold together with Svenska Cellulosa AB SCA their 100% interest in Aylesford Newsprint Holdings Limited.
