Mobile Doctors Group Plc is a United Kingdom-based holding company. The Company's principal activity is the provision of medical reports. It supplies independent medical reports for personal injury claims in the United Kingdom. Its principal customers are lawyers and insurance companies. During the fiscal year ended November 30, 2009, the Company handled around 67,000 medical instructions, and had over 600 active customers. In addition to organizing the medical report on a claimant's injury, the Company co-ordinates access to the claimant's medical records, organizes magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans and X-Rays, and co-ordinates the rehabilitation and after care treatment, such as physiotherapy and hospital treatment. The Company's subsidiary includes Mobile Doctors Solutions Limited, Mobile Doctors Limited, MDL Medical Administration Limited and Medici Legal Limited.
