The Company operates in four segments: dealing in antique furniture and objets d'art through Mallett, dealing in fine art through James Harvey British Art (JHBA), designing and manufacturing contemporary furniture and works of art through Meta, and providing restoration services through Hatfields. The Company�s operates in two geographical areas: the United Kingdom and the United States. The Company�s subsidiaries include James Harvey British Art Limited, Mallett overseas Limited, Mallett, Inc., Mallett at Bourdon House Limited, James Harvey British Art Limited, MadebyMeta Limited, MadebyMeta, Inc. and H.J. Hatfield & Sons Limited. On January 1, 2012, the Company transferred its 10% interest in JHBA to James Harvey British Art Limited.
