LZYE Group plc (LZYE) is a provider of Club-based children's educational, artistic and activity packages. LZYE offers more than 500 classes a week. The Company has over 2,000 children (aged between 6 months and 12 years old) attend courses held at its purpose-designed Centres on a regular monthly basis. The Company�s wholly owned subsidiaries owns and operates three centres in Hong Kong. In addition to the courses devised by the Company, it has a strategic alliance and operating arrangements with reputable overseas education service providers, such as Misulo Company Limited, Oxford University Press (China) Limited, Daekyo Hong Kong Co, and a provider of Gakken courses. In October 2012, it expanded into mainland China. In October 2012, the Company opened its fourth Creative Learning centre in Hong Kong.
