Lancashire Holdings Limited (LHL), along with its subsidiaries is engaged in the provision of global specialty insurance and reinsurance products. LHL focuses on short-tail, mostly on a direct basis, specialty insurance risks within the aviation, energy, marine, property insurance, property reinsurance and terrorism/political risk segments of the market. The Company's objective is to provide shareholders with a risk-adjusted total return on long-term. Its wholly owned subsidiaries include Lancashire Insurance Company Limited (LICL), Lancashire Insurance Holdings (UK) Limited (LIHL), Lancashire Insurance Marketing Services Limited (LIMSL), and Lancashire Marketing Services (Middle East) Limited (LMEL). In February 2013, the Company announced the the formation of its Lancashire Capital Management division.
