Services are offered through a number of brand, including Lloyds TSB, Halifax, Bank of Scotland, Scottish Widows,and a range of distribution channels. In February 2010, Computershare Limited acquired HBOS Employee Equity Solutions (HBOS EES) from the Company. In January 2011, the Company disposed its interests in the two wholly owned subsidiary companies.
