Landkom International PLC (Landkom) is a producer of agricultural crops for supply to the global food and biodiesel markets. The principal activity of the Company is the cultivation and distribution of arable crops. Landkom produces agricultural commodities, including rapeseed, wheat, barley, maize, soyabean and sunflower. The Company�s farming operations are located throughout Ukraine and divided to three operational clusters: West, Centre and South. As of October 31, 2010, the Company cultivated approximately 39,000 hectares of crop delivering over 96,000 tons of oil seed and grain. As of October 31, 2010, total area controlled by Landkom was 73,995 hectares, and total land planted with crop was 48,000 hectares. On September 2, 2010, the Company acquired 100% of the share capital of Morion Agro PP, which is a Ukrainian farming entity. In January 2012, Alpcot Agro AB acquired Landkom.
