The Company operates in three segments: oil and gas assets, which includes Lochard Energy Limited, Zeus Petroleum Limited and Lochard Energy Inc.; corporate services, which includes Lochard Energy Group Plc, and Drilling Fluid Operations, which includes Rheochem Limited, Rheochem Pacific Limited, Rheochem India Pvt Ltd and PT Rheochem Indonesia. Zeus Petroleum Limited is a 100% owned subsidiary of Lochard Energy UK Limited which is a 100% owned subsidiary of Lochard Energy Group PLC. The Company holds a 10% interest in the Athena Field. Athena is the Company�s flagship asset.
