Leed Resources PLC, formely Leed Petroleum PLC, is a United Kingdom-based oil and natural gas exploration, development and production company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is engaged in the business of exploring, developing, producing and operating oil and natural gas properties from onshore and offshore locations within the Gulf Coast region of the United States. As of June 30, 2009, the Company had interests in 17 United States Federal Outer Continental Shelf blocks and one onshore field, in Lafayette, Louisiana. As of 30 June 2010, it had working interests in seventeen offshore blocks, including eight producing and nine non-producing, and one onshore field. The Company also holds a small interest in a gas processing plant and a fractionation plant located onshore in Louisiana. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company acquired one new offshore block from the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement (BOEMRE).
