JSJS Designs PLC (JSJS) is a holding company. JSJS, through JSJS Designs (Europe) Limited, is the designer and developer of equipment to remotely control domestic devices and systems. The Company designs, develops and manufactures home automation systems for household appliances, such as lighting, heating, air conditioning, door entry, audio, video and security. Its product portfolio includes 75 devices operating through the LightwaveRF protocol. The Company�s radio frequency product range, through LightwaveRF, addresses the United Kingdom households and businesses. The first phase of JSJS� new product range roll-out was completed in July 2011, with the introduction of the wifi link. JSJS products cover a range of sockets, switches, light bulbs and mood lighting controls, which can be operated either by remote controls within the home, and/or by smartphones or Web applications away from home. During the fiscal year ended September 30, 2011 (fiscal 2011), it introduced the eco monitor.
