Description
JKX Oil & Gas plc (JKX) is a United Kingdom-based company. The principal activities of the Company and its subsidiaries are the exploration for, appraisal and development of oil and gas reserves. The Company�s two key assets are its Gas Processing Facilities (GPFs) in Ukraine and southern Russia. The GPFs clean-up the gas produced from its fields for export into the national pipeline network and separate the oil and condensate for sale domestically. In Ukraine, the Company�s GPF is connected to the Soyuz pipeline which transports its gas directly into the national pipeline network. In addition it has a Liquified Petroleum Gas Petroleum Gas (LPG) facility. Its Novo-Nikolaevskoye Complex reserves in Ukraine consists of four distinct producing fields : Novo- Nikolaevskoye, Ignatovskoye, Molchanovskoye, Rudenkovskoye ,and the Zaplavskoye exploration licence. In Russia its Koshekhablskoye gas field is located in the Republic of Adygea, an enclave of Krasnodar, southern Russia.
