Iomart Group plc is a United Kingdom-based company. The Company is engaged in the provision of Web hosting and managed hosting services through a network of owned data centers. The Company operates in two segments: Easyspace, which provides a range of shared hosting and domain registration services to micro and (SME) companies, and Hosying, which provides hosting facilities and services, through a network of owned datacenters, to the larger SME and corporate markets. It uses several routes to market and provides managed hosting services through iomart Hosting, RapidSwitch, Titan Interner, EQSN and iomart Cloud Services. On April 26, 2011, the Company acquired 100% interest in Switch Media Limited (Switch Media). On November 23, 2011, the Company acquired 100% interest in EQSN Limited. On November 24, 2011, the Company acquired 100% interest in Global Holdings Limited. In August 2012, it acquired Melbourne Server Hosting Ltd.
