Description

Hydrodec Group plc (Hydrodec) is engaged in the commercialization of the Hydrodec technology, which is a technology for the re-refining of used transformer oil into new SUPERfine oil. Hydrodec collects used transformer oil and manufactures, markets and distributes SUPERFINE transformer oil and naphthenic base oil at its wholly owned facilities in Young, Australia and Canton. It also produces naphthenic base oil, which is used as base oil in a number of other industrial applications. As of December 31, 2011, its SUPERFINE was sold in Australia, South East Asia, the United States, Canada, Mexico and South America. Its Young, Australia plant is capable of producing up to 20,000 liters of SUPERFINE per day. The Company's Canton, Ohio plant is capable of producing up to 80,000 liters of SUPERFINE per day. Through its Japanese subsidiary, it owns 50% interest in Hydrotek Eco Japan Co Limited, 47.5% interest in Pacific Eco Refining Co Limited and 5% interest in Central Eco Cycle Co Limited.
