As of March 31, 2012, it operates in 23 countries and major operations in Europe, USA and Asia. On December 18, 2012, it acquired MicroSurgical Technology, Inc. On January 23, 2013, it acquired Thinketron Precision Equipment Company Limited and its subsidiaries Baoding Longer Precision Pump Co., Ltd (Longer Pump) based in China and Langer Instruments Corporation 'LIC) based in the United States. On March 14, 2013, the Company announced the acquisition of ASL Holdings Limited.
