Hangar 8 plc (Hangar8) is an operator of privately owned passenger jet aircraft. The Company is engaged in providing private jet charter and aircraft management services. The Company operates in three segments: Charter, Management and Engineering. The Charter segment includes the chartering of aircraft to third parties. The Management segment includes the insurance, operational support and crewing of aircraft. The Engineering segment includes the engineering, maintenance and airworthiness of aircraft. As of June 30, 2011, the Company had 22 aircraft bases and 452 airport destinations. Hangar8's subsidiaries include Hangar 8 Management Limited, Hangar 8 AOC Limited and Hangar 8 Engineering Limited.
