Each segment represents an individual trading operation, and each operation is wholly aligned to the sales, marketing, supply and distribution of floor covering products. It markets, supplies and distributes a range of floor covering products to flooring retailers and contractors throughout the United Kingdom, France, Switzerland and Netherlands. Its regional and national multi-product businesses provide a residential and commercial product range. Its residential specialist businesses supply medium to premium residential carpet. On December 5, 2012, the Company acquired the business and assets of C. K. Davie Limited. On March 28, 2013, the Company acquired the business and certain assets of Hall's Floorings Limited.
